3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZuruSafe.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You can legally enter into binding agreements.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Nature of the Service

ZuruSafe is a digital marketplace platform designed to help people buy and sell more safely online.

ZuruSafe helps facilitate secure transactions between users, but does not own, manufacture, store, or deliver goods or services.

We do not:

• Guarantee the quality of goods or services.
• Guarantee delivery timelines.
• Act as a buyer or seller in transactions.

5. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.

6. Creating Transactions

When creating a transaction, you must:

• Select the correct role.
• Provide accurate transaction information.
• Enter the correct email or contact details.

Transactions may not be editable after creation.

7. Transaction Process

Transactions on ZuruSafe generally move through these stages:

1. Transaction Created
2. Counterparty Joined
3. Payment Completed
4. Transaction In Progress
5. Transaction Confirmed
6. Payment Completed

Different actions may be available depending on your role in the transaction.

8. Payments

Payments on ZuruSafe are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Transaction processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and verification requirements.

ZuruSafe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

9. Fees

ZuruSafe may charge service fees for transactions carried out on the platform.

Applicable fees will be shown before payment confirmation.

10. Transaction Confirmation

Buyers should only confirm a transaction after receiving goods or services as agreed.

Once a transaction is confirmed and completed, it may become irreversible.

11. Disputes

Users may raise disputes if issues arise during a transaction.

Both parties may be required to provide supporting evidence.

ZuruSafe may:

• Temporarily pause transactions.
• Request additional information.
• Review evidence submitted by both parties.

12. Restricted Activities

You cannot use ZuruSafe for:

• Illegal products or services
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Money laundering
• Weapons or controlled substances
• Adult or exploitative content
• Unauthorized financial activity

13. Verification and Compliance

ZuruSafe may request identity verification documents to help maintain a safe marketplace experience.

Accounts may be limited, suspended, or terminated if required information is not provided.

14. Refunds

Refunds may be processed depending on the outcome of disputes, transaction status, and payment provider rules.

Service fees may be non-refundable.

15. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

16. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold ZuruSafe harmless against claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your activities on ZuruSafe

18. Intellectual Property

All ZuruSafe branding, content, software, and intellectual property belong to ZuruSafe Systems Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the platform.
